Can I book a finger prick test?

No ! At Blood Check, we take very seriously what we do. Unfortunately, there is NO 100% guarantee that finger prick tests are accurate. The study from Rice University ( 17 November 2015) which appears in the American Journal of Clinical Pathology, examines the variation between blood drops drawn from a single fingerprick. Our work ethic can not allow us to risk of receiving false blood test at the expense of just net profit. That's why at Blood Check we rely only on venous blood collections provided by our professional phlebotomists and nurses.

Blood Check tests are not designed to replace your GP and you should not be using Blood Check as a substitute for any blood tests that a doctor has recommended. These tests should be viewed as a general health check and not as a replacement for any medical advice you may currently be receiving or may receive in the future.

Vast majority of blood tests is recommended to be taken early in the morning . For this reason our professionals are available from 8am which means that you may wish to have your test done before work. If you prefer late hours we service till 4pm.
